Maltitol — Liquid & Crystalline

MALTISWEET™ is available in both liquid and crystalline forms. It effectively reduces the need for high intensity sweeteners and delivers optimal sweetness and stability, viscosity more like sucrose, brilliant color to candies due to excellent clarity, and immediate flavor release. MALTISWEET™ is a 1:1 replacement for sucrose and corn syrups and offers superior bulking capabilities.

Sorbitol — Liquid & Crystalline

Sorbitol has tremendous humectancy for longer shelf life. SORBOGEM™ crystalline sorbitol is widely used in food and confectionery applications. It functions as a cryoprotectant, crystallization inhibitor, freeze point depressant, and plasticizer.

SORBO® solution is a clear, syrupy liquid most often used a bulking agent, sweetener and humectant in a wide range of applications. It is 60% as sweet as sucrose, and often used in combination with high intensity sweeteners to create an alternative to sucrose.

Polyglycitol

STABILITE™, INNOVATOL™ and HYSTAR® are combinations of maltitol, sorbitol and high molecular weight polymers. The syrups are primarily used in sugar-free hard candies and caramels, while the powders are often found in spray-dried form and utilized in applications including baked goods, coatings, hard candies and chewing gum.
