Additionally, the Applications Research and Technical Service (ARTS) Lab at Corn Products Specialty Ingredients is continually developing and expanding the uses of polyols and assists our customers in the development of new sugar-free, reduced-sugar and no-sugar-added products. The ARTS Lab has the flexibility to support product development in many categories, and can provide extensive sensory and analytical support. Our state-of-the-art equipment and partnerships with various universities and outside facilities afford us the ability to generate samples of various sizes. Our food scientists are very active in advancing the industry by regularly participating in trade association forums, delivering educational presentations, publishing informational articles and offering valuable training to customers and industry groups.
